I appreciate the fact that my house was sold sooner than I anticipated. I was glad about the house sale however was a little disappointed in that fact I was put in a predicament regarding the amount of the sale just a few days before the initial and second closing date. I excepted the offer due to the fact that I gave all my furnishing and other things away and didn't want to ask for my belonging back from the individuals. My experience with Wanda was excellent but on the buyer part I felt trapped in the deal and it was too much for me to resend the offer.
